Her motivation to join Caring Transitions stemmed from her personal experience managing her parents' move.

Steven Dale is the co-owner, acting CEO, COO, and CFO, responsible for ensuring smooth business operations. With 30 years as an air traffic controller, he has spent the last 12 years in management, overseeing operations and enforcing quality standards.

Estate Sale Manager

Allison Dunbar is an Online Estate Sale Auction Manager with a diverse background, including Navy veteran, interior design graduate, and two decades as a respiratory therapist. She specializes in elder care and supports individuals with disabilities, drawing from her personal experiences. With a passion for antiques and creativity, Allison excels at creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

LeslieAnn Belcher has volunteered for ten years with the Alzheimer’s Association and the Dementia Society, supporting seniors and their families. She combines her liquidation expertise with Move Management and Organization skills at Caring Transitions, delivering exceptional services through her professional team.
